Ok this seriously made me very very very pissed and angry.
As if 3 week wasn't enough.

Just called the hotline. The first person I spoke to made me hold for 2 times before getting back to me and say "Your machine is waiting for the spare part." matter of factly. "You will have to wait for 1-3 weeks."
"Tomorrow is the 3rd week." was my reply.
He said he would call the engineer to call me later.
Around 30 minutes later. Someone called who I presume to be him. He said he is 'pushing the supplier' and will have the stock by 'about mid february'.
"That's like one and a half months you know?!" I exclaimed.
He would get back to me later. Who knows when..
