Unicycle Practice

Like finally, since its after exams.

Yesterday endured a crazy bus ride all the way to bedok/tanah merah there. Bus 143 to petrol station to pump air for unicycle, then 143 again to chinatown, then 12 all the way. Sore butt. D:

There's like more people today, and there were people who approached to ask about it. :D

One was a mother whose daughter was studying in Japanese sch and wants to borrow a uni to practice on her own. Then theres a guy [who I suppose is in outward bound since he's wearing the tee] who is like 30s(?) and said he has a unicycle but havent got around trying it. So he'll be here next week to learn.. Woot new members. hahaha

Photoshop is funnn... But irritating as well.. Contemplating to change the header of my blog.. Any ideas? Tag please! xD

GGM's skit is getting better! :D And tmr going to settle GGM booth stuffs. But then have props to do siaaa.... zz

Schoolwork's boring.

Next week's gonna be busy busy like a bee that's gonna sting.

Monday I HOPE that I will be free the whole day [not counting lessons]

Tuesday onwards should be the start of gruelling GGM rehearsals.

Wednesday onwards should be the start of BANG! publicity and registration.

Thursday should be tying up all possible loose ends of GGM and 2nd session of Unicycling Training.

Friday, the day before GGM, we'll have rehearsals and lots of shit that'll crop up.

And, we'll have project deadlines coming up as well. Stupid GVSION had to put an individual report on top of all these. zzz

Somewhat, being with friends gives me inspiration and motivation. I even thought of cosplaying as a character LOL! Ok that's totally no link.

Anyways, the unicycling club's loose ends seems to be getting more rather than less. Im so going mad.

Schoolwork totally doesn't motivate me. CCA seems more fun even though they're more stressful.

AND I NEED BCOMM SKILLS! DAMN!

Friday was stupid ATRM, then went doing proj, then went to find Jiahui and Shaun and watched Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince for free! lol.. xD

Quite good la..

Saturday was going to school for FSB/GGM rehearsel. Very cui la. zz

Went to Toa Payoh to eat since the 3 of them [Kit, Sok Wan, Fiona] are going that direction, and I have a straight bus back from there [143] so go there lor..

Had sinful food at the hawker centre. We shared char kway teow, black carrot cake, chicken rice and hokkien mee. The girls had 1 goreng pisang each, I had 2, Kit had 3. Fiona and I shared a cup of sugar cane juice, [although she drank only like 1/10 of it.] lol

After that, went to buy old school biscuits, then went to playground to rot.. Sok Wan called to ask if we want to go up her house as her mum cooked kong ba pau [is tt the way to spell it?] Anyways, sinful x sinful. xD Its so fattening although I don't think I will get the fats.

Took bus to TPY interchange and took the gruelling 1.5hrs ride on bus 143 home... Slept most of the time.. lol

Sunday, went out with Shaun. Supposed to develop his film at Peninsula Plaza, but since the shop wasn't open, we took a bus to ABC hawker and had char siew rice there.. Went to Anchorpoint de Billabong to check if theres any new tees and said hi to colleagues. LOL

Got ourselves bubble tea and went hunting for custom tee makers at Queensway. After that, went IKEA to roam, my first time roaming IKEA thoroughly sia..

After tt, went Peninsula Plaza again for him to develop pics and took train.

He alighted at his stop while I went to Boon Lay, went to find Gary at work. lol

Rotted and talked with him and auntie there. :D

Rotted and roamed NTUC as well.

Went home via 79, which was quite fast.

That's about it I guess... Lesson 2-4pm tmr... Stupid BCOMM..zz

Unicycling Club!

Okay, before I get to the main topic of the post [as stated by the title], shall say about past few days...

Monday: Mad rush of LAM and of course, BCOMM table topics.. Interesting.. :D

Tuesday: Mad rush of LAM then CEM discussion..

The unicycling club is finally formed!

But then A LOT of loose ends untied. I'm so gonna be so busy with projects, CEM, BA_COMM and of course Unicycling Club.......... DIE

Oh well. :D

School was good. Submitted my NDP form. Hopefully can get in.

Jiahui emailed me. Wah I hope I can be an instructor sio! Teaching unicycling to primary school/secondary school kids. :D

But then I must get a first aid cert. Anybody has any ideas where to get the cert?

And I need to practice unicycling. It's been weeks since I touched it. D:

Met Gary and Nelson at Dhoby Ghaut, went LJS to rot and wait for his friends.

The seminar was better than I expected. I'm really impressed. But I seriously can't make it this thursday unless I get a replacement, which is impossible. 

Anyone who wants to give a shot, or at least hear out what this job lobang is about, call/sms me and I will arrange timing for us to meet with my coach, who will explain everything. :D

I'm so neglecting my studies. ATRM will be so screwed. BCOMM as well. D:

I hope I get to have people who are willing to listen to a presentation, then I can practice my BCOMM skills as well. :D

Yay! BACOMM RD was a success! Thanks everyone who helped out in one way or the other with the event! And of course must thank the people who signed up! :D

ATRM is totally screwed. No textbook and don't understand a single thing. Cui.

28th April was crazy. 6 hrs of tutorials in blk 72 and 2hrs of lecture at LT77[ i think its 77]

But thanks to Jessica who brought in a McChicken and the quick lunch in btw the tutorials and lecture, I survived. If not, gastric! D:

Started work on mayday. It's quite a new experience. 1st time working sales line. :D

Saturday leeched internet in school. Then after tt go home, go JP, got a new phone! :D

Then go jurong west to make new specs. Like finally! And the optician gave some trivia on how opticians check the eye. The 2 colours on the board isn't for colour blindness. Rather it is for checking if the power is too much.

Star awards tt day was crazy luh. I think singapore must be the first in the world to implement time limit for award winners to speak. And my aunt got an award! For 最佳综艺特备节目.. She was nominated for 3/6 nominees LOL. They were respectively 才华横溢出新秀2007总决赛， 45载光芒8方贺台庆 and 让爱川流不息.   

It was 45载光芒8方贺台庆 which got the award. xD

My ex-boss also got an award, for best variety show... but too bad it isn't 抢摊, but its 心晴大动员, also quite good la. xD

Well, this week is like bringing unicycle to NP for Monday and Tuesday... and getting people to join. Which of the 6 only 1 is a person I don't know. I still need 4 people. D:

Carrying BSTATS and MIEC textbooks back home from Amar on Monday then bringing BMGT and MAEC textbooks for Amar on Tuesday then bringing BSTATS and MIEC textbooks to sell on Wednesday. Made me damn cui and have a very very sore shoulder and back.

I got fever and cough on tuesday, I recovered from fever on wednesday morning but still had cough and got back fever on wednesday late afternoon and recovered from fever but got flu on thursday morning and now the fever is back. DD:

Went far east plaza on wednesday and saw Mediacorp filming 'gotcha' [i think that's the name] outside far east. Said Hi to Meng. lol

IS today was quite fun. 2ISP. lol We started at 10am [i reached at 9am with alot of ppl too] and lesson ended at 12. THe teacher went to polyclinic get medicine...

Went unicycling in the morning, haven't felt so refreshed for quite awhile.

Obviously I'm not deaf, I can hear comments. At least there were some friendly people who ACKNOWLEDGE that it is a UNICYCLE. Not a 'BICYCLE w/o one wheel' or 'ONE WHEELED BICYCLE' Ok that's besides the point.

The point is some people can crack uber lame jokes. I seriously don't know how to answer them unless I give it a thought.

Give this question a thought.

[While unicycling] "Hey what if one wheel is missing from your unicycle?" [That qn was rephrased]

[After giving it a thought AND if he was still there,]

"Oh, if I have to answer your question I think it proves that you don't even have a hint of common sense." *smiles*

Totally agree with Jiahui's fb status: JH Loadsashit does not understand why 'unicycle' in a statement automatically makes it a joke to Singaporeans. I don't laugh when you tell me your kids' names do I?

That's damn correct. Most, if not everyone who sees a unicycle has one of these thoughts that comes to mind: Circus, Clown, Juggling, and HAHAHA. And what do they do? Laugh.

Like what's so funny? I just have a very different and unique way of exercising that YOU can't do.

And approaching some people to ask if they wanna learn or not, the answers for no is usually.

Guys: I'm afraid I won't have any more father's day. 

Gals: I'm afraid of falling. [and all other things that comes with falling.]

Its actually a safer sport than what many percieve.

Well can't blame people. Your reality is always shaped by your beliefs. It's always your perception. Your perspective. Your viewpoint.

Therefore it is very hard to persuade or dissuade others unless you do have a very good reason to. [Which they might not listen]

Why won't they listen? Here's a very simple quote to explain it all. Its sort of a generalisation but still it does explain something.

Explanations. Your enemies won't listen to any. Your friends won't need any.

Understand? I hope so. (:

That's why I'm already very glad to find a person who wants to learn unicycling and in NP too. xD

Bad good day?

Today went for BAcomm Exco interview.

Was almost late. Heng in the end was earlier abit. (:

I chionged to west coast there pump air for uni, then had to miss 285 [which goes to clementi]

Waited for idk how long, 78 came by. Got on and went to clementi.

Then had to miss 184 cox of traffic light again.

Waited for awhile then 52 came! heng....

Reached NP, chionged up blk 72 slope on unicycle but nearing the top cui-ed... So walked where there was no slope and mounted again and went to blk 50 there..

The interview.. I was rather nervous.. D:

Then after that, cycled to Bukit Timah Hawker Centre there to eat. [Stupid why din take bus]

Had chwee kueh and a pau and the sugar cane juice.. Woot the sugar cane is shiok! :D

Then this woman came and asked if there was any halal stall in this hawker.. I said I din noe..

BUT, the woman after rummaging through my memories, I think I remember her!

She is Ms. Joyce Lim of the now defunct Pandan Pri. And she's pregnant now.. lol

Called Zhihao to tell him immediately lol..

And Idk why, when I was talking to Zhihao, she kept walking past, infront,beside, behind me.. LOL

I don't know how to describe that as.. =.="

Anyways, after that cycled back to NP, went to the stadium there, bought a can of 100plus and sat down and read The Sunday Times.

Was waiting for time to pass while waiting for Alvin to get to NP.

After I was finished with the papers, rotted quite abit before deciding to get to the benches at the pool side bar and rot..

In awhile, I dozed off..

Something woke me up.

It was the loudest, most impactful, [and I think some people saw what woke me up] thunder ever. [It was caused by a strike of lightning, by the way.]

It was so sudden and loud that I almost died. D:

I was like sleeping and then at that moment, my head just shot up straight with eyes wide open like a jack in a box.

Then couldn't sleep.

So rotted till Alvin arrived [which seemed like eons to me cox I was totally stoned]

But then it rained, so couldn't run the track.

So went up and decided to [he run I cycle] around the multipurpose hall de exterior..

I cycled abit.

AND I HAD TO FALL BUTT FIRST WRIST SECOND IN FRONT OF THE OPEN DOOR WITH MAGNUM FORCE PEOPLE INSIDE. 

Embarrassed divided by 0 [Which is infinity if you haven't know. xD]

Quickly picked myself up and get away from the scene of crime.

But I did fall off a few times after that cox was pedalling too fast.. D:

But the loud clank clank clank sound of my unicycle actually disguises that I actually landed on my feet first, safe and sound.

THE ACCIDENT ABOVE BOLDED IN RED IS BECAUSE OF WATER.

Little contact with the ground already bad enough, with water to reduce friction = huat. D:

Anyways, after that, went to check my weight.

I wonder what happened, I miraculously gained 1 kg over the past week. Now I'm a 56.5kg guy. D:

Still underweight. =/

Bathed and changed into the brand new [to me] BAcomm t shirt. :D

Went Alvin's house to park my unicycle there awhile while we went for IT Show.

Along the way, we chionged for the bus 154 like there was no tomorrow.. Yes I was pushing my uni as well.. It was mad dash.. D:

Er, it was okok la, he wanted to check out LCD screens.

It was very very crowded. D:

Saw Denise working for Fujitsu over there.. Then I had this VERY VERY VERY SUAY ACCIDENT.

I WALKED INTO A BANGALA/INDIAN [idk which it was too fast] AND MY MOUTH KENA HIS HAIR.

nb.  pui-ed dunno how many times and for the first time ran for the toilet other than for vomitting or shitting. DDDD:

It was disgusting even if it was a Chinese person's hair you geddit? I mean THERE WAS GEL/WAX ALL OVER. D:

Haii, getting over it, went back to Bukit Timah Hawker to get my dinner and 2nd serving of sugar cane while Alvin gets his fix of sugar cane.. lol
