I am reaching limit break.

Somewhat, being with friends gives me inspiration and motivation. I even thought of cosplaying as a character LOL! Ok that's totally no link.

Anyways, the unicycling club's loose ends seems to be getting more rather than less. Im so going mad.

Schoolwork totally doesn't motivate me. CCA seems more fun even though they're more stressful.

AND I NEED BCOMM SKILLS! DAMN!

Friday was stupid ATRM, then went doing proj, then went to find Jiahui and Shaun and watched Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince for free! lol.. xD

Quite good la..

Saturday was going to school for FSB/GGM rehearsel. Very cui la. zz

Went to Toa Payoh to eat since the 3 of them [Kit, Sok Wan, Fiona] are going that direction, and I have a straight bus back from there [143] so go there lor..

Had sinful food at the hawker centre. We shared char kway teow, black carrot cake, chicken rice and hokkien mee. The girls had 1 goreng pisang each, I had 2, Kit had 3. Fiona and I shared a cup of sugar cane juice, [although she drank only like 1/10 of it.] lol

After that, went to buy old school biscuits, then went to playground to rot.. Sok Wan called to ask if we want to go up her house as her mum cooked kong ba pau [is tt the way to spell it?] Anyways, sinful x sinful. xD Its so fattening although I don't think I will get the fats.

Took bus to TPY interchange and took the gruelling 1.5hrs ride on bus 143 home... Slept most of the time.. lol

Sunday, went out with Shaun. Supposed to develop his film at Peninsula Plaza, but since the shop wasn't open, we took a bus to ABC hawker and had char siew rice there.. Went to Anchorpoint de Billabong to check if theres any new tees and said hi to colleagues. LOL

Got ourselves bubble tea and went hunting for custom tee makers at Queensway. After that, went IKEA to roam, my first time roaming IKEA thoroughly sia..

After tt, went Peninsula Plaza again for him to develop pics and took train.

He alighted at his stop while I went to Boon Lay, went to find Gary at work. lol

Rotted and talked with him and auntie there. :D

Rotted and roamed NTUC as well.

Went home via 79, which was quite fast.

That's about it I guess... Lesson 2-4pm tmr... Stupid BCOMM..zz

Saturday:

Went Games Convention to find Ashley and pass her the pics, took a few pics of Kei and her as well.. Saw some other cosplayers there and snapped a few shots as well..

The convention, which also has WCG inside, is small but quite ok la..

There was a concert band there, and they performed various songs from Kingdom Hearts to Final Fantasy songs. A song, suteki da ne, was sung by a person cos-ing as Yuna with the accompaniment of the band. Very good. :D

Rot around till 5+pm when I left for marina bay, met the unicyclists there, and got to know a new friend, who after that found out also lives at Teban! hahaha what a small world! :D

Anyways, we had an exclusive shuttle bus [idk how Marvin got this kinda lobang] cox we're the only people on board the 15 seater bus.

Reached the pier, where a boat is anchored. Its actually permanently anchored, cox its a restaurant! :D Damn cool, 1st time here. Cox of the 10th anniversary of the restaurant, they're giving an offer of $10 for any main course, which usual prices ranges from $18 - $22. Great deal. xD

Was getting seasick cox of the rocking caused by the choppy waves. zz Service was not that good, I don't know why. DDD:

Was entertained by magicians, [Marvin was one of them] while waiting for our food, damn cool la those sleek card tricks. xD

I had pork baby ribs. Very soft and juicy. xD The others had same as me, pork chop, or salmon.

Simon, who was due to go off around Monday, performed some balloon sculpting, very advanced his skills... zai. xD

After talking alot about random stuffs, [we decided to have a flash mob at vivo but to be confirmed just like this],went up to the 4th storey, had some breeze before going back to marina bay mrt via shuttle bus. :D

Chionged down to HK cafe at Marina Square to find BA_COMM peeps, who were chilling out after going for a concert by NPstrings and Hazm was one of the performers..

Suern, after alot of prompting [was brain lag], made me realised that Ang JunYang and JJ Lin were sitting 2 tables behind us with their work colleagues.

Shan't go into the details on how we got to have our photo taken with them. lol

Shared cab home with Suern, Tyty and Jesst. xD

Sunday:

Met Jessica at NTUC Clementi to get tuna and bread for picnic later.. Trained all the way to Marina Bay and was the earliest. So read newspaper at the platform, which was more cooling. xD

11am and we got out of the station, stoned near the GSM machines. Ronald, Jolynn, Atiqah and Tyty came after that in that order. lol

Went Barrage 1st cox Brandon, Debbie and Jason would be late. Theres like a flea market over there, an event I suppose. Went up into the sun. It was blazing hot then. Decided to chope a bench in the sheltered area and started eating cox we're all starving.

The space at the sheltered area proved to be very useful later on in the day, when it rained cats, dogs, cows and dinosaurs, in that order. [Cox was on and off rain]

Debbie and Brandon reached soon after and we tried unsuccessfully many times to make Brandon's kite fly. Its a very stubborn kite, and likes to hit people or the ground. It hit me at the chest at idk wad speed. D:

After that played twister, was crazy la! hahahahah

Went sheltered area to play more games like UNO etc... Jason came around this time. We all shouted 'JASON!' and he got a shock. The expression is priceless. xD

Rain came and went, played more with the kite. Then it was around this time that the 'sotong kite' came out. Its a squid shaped kite. Very cool. xD

Rained heavier all of a sudden and so moved in and played more games, like story telling, which made all of us laugh like mad. As though all the stuff we ate had digested. xD

The sun set, the rain got heavier and the whole roof was virtually ours. Played twister again. The most extreme one is playing with 6 people inside. Dam twisted in more ways than one. D:

Many minutes later, we had sore necks and numb legs, to name a few of the results. D:

So went to Carl's Jr. at Dhoby Ghaut to slack somemore.. Atiqah went home when we alighted.

Had some fries when Jessica had to go home. D:

Then did more lame stuff. The best one was asking Tyty to speak to the phone like a normal conversation. And for every sentence he says Brandon shall base on his imagination to give subtitles for that sentence. Very hilarious. Video editing in process... hahahaha

Went home after that.. xD

And it will be a very wordy post cox I will most likely go into the details…. D: 

Er… let’s start with the exams ba.. ATRM was easier than expected, except for the theory question. PMKT was ‘ARGH!’ where you know the concept but nothing comes out from your brain or you can’t link it up to the topic. Frustrating. D:

After exam, Reuben din want to go home, so the both of us, with Serena, Joanna and Azreen went to Sakae Sushi to have sushi buffet to treat ourselves, except Azreen who didn’t want to eat.  xD  I’m like damn suagu [mountain tortoise], never go to sushi buffet before.. hahahah 

Had quite a lot of plates of sushi. Reuben most bloated one, he ate a lot of plates, as well as those plates that Joanna and I shared with him. D:

The dessert was the most power-pac one. Joanna popped one frozen strawberry with ice cream inside as filling, and she was like ‘damn sour and cold and numb’, or so we infer it. xD   Can’t really hear what she is talking since the strawberry is quite big and numbing her whole mouth. xD

Reuben then took some dare from Serena I think, or was it Joanna? Anyway, he popped 2 [yes we got 2 each] at one go into his mouth and you should have seen his expression throughout the whole process. Priceless.

Next Serena and me popped one each into our mouths and started feeling numbness all over. Of course not as bad a Reuben la, he looked as if he’s in agony. D:

It is really sour at some points, other points it was just numbing cold. D:

Went to arcade and played a game which seemed fun since 2 girls played until they laughed hysterically…… lol    It’s all about throwing plastics balls at a screen, with objectives. We score like 2^nd la… Tsk. The 2 hysterical girls scored 1^st, nothing to say le… hahahah

Went to a pet shop nearby cox Joanna wants to get hamster food. Inside, we looked at hamsters [aw my long dead hamster. D:   mum doesn’t want me to get another hamster le… zz] and guinea pigs and rabbits and puppies. xD   After stoning there for quite some time, said byes to Serena and Azreen while Joanna, Reuben and I went to West Coast Plaza to roam around. The Nike Factory Outlet has a very nice bag with a very nice price tag: $69.90. D:

Walked around and sort of window shopped. Bought Age of Empires Collector’s Edition on impulse cox have been finding it for quite some time. It’s only $19.90, a fraction of what it’ll cost if I buy all 4 games included inside separately. :D

Said byes to Reuben while Joanna and I took the same bus, 30, home. I alighted a stop before the expressway and said byes to Joanna.

That’s about all for Wednesday.

 

Thursday:

Slept at 2am cox couldn’t sleep and almost couldn’t wake up at 5am. Called Gary and he said wake him at 6am, which I did. Then I myself woke at 6.20 something. Missed a bus because I just remembered I need to get the camera and had to trouble Gary’s grandma to get the house keys to get the camera from his room. D:

Reached JE and met up with Freida. Took a very long and sleepy bus ride to raffles place there. Went to Julien Bompard at Ascott Raffles Place for breakfast buffet. Seems like it is a bad choice. D:

We got free flow of bread, tea/coffee. Then had an omelet each and crispy bacon too. Then at the buffet line, which is quite short, there is chicken congee, some bread thing [I forgot what it’s called], scrambled eggs, cut fruits, and selection of cereals with choice of either fresh [cow] milk or soya milk to go with it.

But all these for $28++, which came up to about $33 per pax for us, not worth la huh? D:

Something very embarrassing happened to me. I was refilling the tea from the small teapot, I think my subconscious assumed it was lidless or the lid is attached with a hinge or something. Basically I ignored the fact that the lid is separate and can fall out, which it did, which made the 2 of them laugh like nuts. D:

Another thing is, because I forgot to go to the ATM beforehand to get extra cash AND assumed that they accept NETS, after the three of us pile our money together, we’re still short of $4. D:

So I brisk walked to Lau Pa Sat [which the service personnel and the both of them thought I ran since I came back very fast] and back with fresh notes from the ATM to pay the bill and get out of the place ASAP.

Walked to the Starbucks nearby cox Gary wanted to get a drink. We got out very quickly cox Freida was like “Ok, let's go!” in a very loud whisper. Got out and realized the strange guy using facebook on this laptop beside us was always turning and staring at us for no particular reason, which Gary who sit almost opposite him didn’t realize till we tell him. -.-“

Went to the Esplanade and got loads of aircon. Shiok. The weather was killing us, we didn’t know what other stuff it will do to us later. D:

Walked over to marina square and roamed around abit. Gary went to the boxing [and other sports] store and then we stoned at McDonald’s. D:

Was always deciding where to go next. Zz  And it was here that they start to get permanent ear damage due to some screeches as well as find out about the ‘hidden’ burst mode which was there in the camera since forever. D:

Took train to Bugis, walked to Kampong Glam where I got my battery for camera. It was a NEED, cox I don’t have extra battery and next week there’s BA_COMM camp for 4days, so definitely need extra batt. It was melting-ly hot to and from there. Went to Iluma to window shop and explore the new mall and get loads of aircon. :D

Iluma is quite boring for now… Well not all the shops are opened as well… And the arcade there is horrendously boring. It doesn’t even have the ‘basic’ of Daytona… D:

Went over to Bugis Junction to get our dried bodies a drink at Cold Storage and went more window shopping. After quite some time of deliberating, decided to walk to Esplanade there to take a bus to Botanic Gardens. [Yes say we’re crazy]

Spotted a 106 from a bus stop but didn’t manage to catch it, at the next 106, the bus driver say we must go to another bus stop. D:

So we walked through the war memorial where Gary got a shot and walked to Esplanade to get aircon again. Then took bus 77 to Botanical Gardens, we each had an aircon vent on the bus to ourselves. xDD

Botanical Gardens was basically roaming with a pathfinder called Gary and stopping by at maps at times to confirm our way, and of course load of snapping of pictures, which will be posted up soon.

One of the incident we kena there is…..

 

Imagine this: Walking eagerly up a pavilion in hopes of getting some random group shots and self portraits and whatever and while walking up the steps, time slows down. At the corner of the eye, you spot something black, then you notice shape, then you realize it is two people, and then horror of horrors, you caught them red handed doing stuffs that is not supposed to be done in public. And you, with your friends already up in the pavilion, have to treat it like nothing happened, talk randomly, take some random shots and then your friend, Freida, says in a loud whisper “Ok, let's go!” and you and your friends run off as soon as you went in. [Note, in our case they are both fully clothed. Which is good.]

 

Epic.

 

Anyway, we sat at a bench near the pavilion in hopes that they will realize their folly and go away. Because tourists are gathering, photographers armed with DSLRs are taking photos and wedding couples are having their photos taken near the pavilion and we’re looking at them from afar.

 

They didn’t budge.

 

So we took shots with the timer with the camera on the ground. Looking up, the leaves up above makes us feel that we’re not in Singapore…. Relaxing indeed. :D

Decided they won’t budge even if a nuclear warhead is to explode there and then, we roamed around. Got to some desert themed place and took pics. Then was the bonsai place and took some more pics. Also took a series of pics titled “If you think HongWei is tall, think again.” conceptualized by Gary. :D

After sometime, we got to the Official Entrance of Botanical Gardens. After refreshing ourselves, realized there was no bus service outside it. D:   So had to walk, albeit a shorter distance, all the way back to where we came in from, the Tanglin Gate, to take bus. D:

Took 77 in the end and went to Bukit Timah Hawker there… Freida treated the both of us, both starving souls, to a bowl of tangyuan. :D   Thanks! :D

Took bus 66 back to Jurong East, a long journey indeed, damn draggy….

Was out for almost 12 hours… NTS.

Well at least I enjoyed it and hope Gary and Freida both enjoyed it. :D

Some update, and a random 'dead' person.

Friday:  

ISP is done. Work was..... zz  Wasted four freakin' hours to go to the 'HQ' of another company to listen to bullshit. Well at least not everything was bullshit, only one is not bullshit.

What he told us is: To be sadistic.  

I'll see how you interpret it. hahahah

Wasted my time and potential $ seriously. Opportunity cost not worth at all.

Saturday:

NDP was FUN!!!   Except for the dance moves which I totally suck at. Must practice more and coordinate my arms and legs. It does not feel like they're mine when trying to dance. -.-"

Saw my ex-colleague at WCP McD there, he's like manning the mini refreshment booth of water and biscuits for us. Yes, he's in the army. lol

Went for '十字路口' or food junction as they call it at Bedok Hawker there.. So suay we sat in front of that Laksa stall. -.-"  Stupid.

I don't know if he noticed me but his laksa [yes we bought it] was not hot [as in chilli hot] at all, as usual.

Our food all link back into a loop , Wenwei's idea.

After the food, [wah its seriously shiok.] went to Redhill with 3 of them [cox I have like alot of time till work] and then took bus to Queensway for work.

Work was good, the DVD made it less mundane.

Sunday:

Slept in till 10am.. Watched TV till 1pm and chionged for work.

Work, makan, Work, Home.

On the way home, as in after I alighted from 197, I have to walk the path down to the bus stop where I have to take another bus, I was walking uber fast..

Then suddenly, this woman in front of me, like 1m in front of me, suddenly stopped and turned back and almost screamed. She pointed to somewhere in front.

There it is:

In politically correct terms: A dark skinned foreigner is lying on the grass, motionless.

In laymen terms: A bangala is lying on the grass, motionless.

Basically the woman thought that its a dead person.

I don't know if I'm right - I didn't approach the guy - I just said that I think that guy was either sleeping or intoxicated and thus was lying on the grass motionless.

I think if he is indeed a dead person, I will be emotionless. DDD:

How often do you see a lone person lying on the grass, just beside the pavement, eyes closed and motionless?

Often, not.

Tuesday was Peiyun's birthday. Wished her but dunno why she replied via her younger brother's handphone lol.

Yesterday was Zhihao's birthday. Apparently a lot of peoples' birthday falls on the 14th of May. While preparing for presentation at Canteen 1, there's also a group of people celebrating birthday for their friend.

Luckily I didn't look that nervous during presentation. D:

But other than some glitch, the teacher was happy with our presentation! :D

This couldn't be possible without you all.

Expected to starve till 10pm at night, so with my $3 for lunch and dinner, I went co-op and bought a snickers bar and one packet of soy milk. Went bus stop and saw HuiYock. lol

He said if wanna lunch or not, I said if you lend me some money lor. 

Yay, I got lunch! Won't starve anymore. He recommended a carrot cake stall that is really really good. :D

Went to work after that and saw Leanne, Renee and Darren near Anchorpoint. They went IKEA to have meatballs.. xD   I haven't tried them... Don't think I ever will. D:

Work was okay, dinner break at 4.30pm was cui. I had 95cents left. Not even enough to buy one bread ice cream from the hawker outside queensway. In the end bought some tidbits from inside queensway and ate at one of the benches inside Anchorpoint.

Saw my ISP classmate. Such a coincidence lor lol. His mum bought him a shirt...

After work, took 197 to cycle and carriage there and walk down to the church. Boarded 143 and saw Yulian and Daniel. Long time no meet already. Talked for that short bus trip.. :D

Home and rest.
