Today, went to work with a 'that guy is going to fail' kind of mood, cox we're going to film japanese food episode's 2nd training and 小试吃... Because of his very VERY VERY dirty green chopping board (in my first post), today, he brought along a WHITE, ok, maybe not that white, but white chopping board, which according to him, costs $55!!

At first, he was very confident sia, still can explain the steps to scraping the scales of the salmon to us. Shifu gave him 80/100 for that. But after that, got worse....

Like the 杀鱼 （cutting the fish into meat/bone/head) part, he got like 20/100! because his knife was still shit and he din even follow the curve of the salmon's backbone to cut, so he just nieh nieh slice the poor fish.. then the shifu told him all the wasted meat on the bone.. stupid sia.

then i remember there's one part, the cooking the salmon part, shifu gave him 0/100!!!

Why? coz the guy on his notebook only got write ingredients, no procedure!

He cooked the salmon, then before serving, was supposed to put teriyaki sauce, he didn't. And shifu gave him 0/100 for that segment lo.. After 6 segments, his average score was *gulp* 36.4/100... Jialat

Then at the end of the day, ok, before the 小试吃, we tabulated the avg score for the whole day, about 12-14 segments, i cant rmb, he predicted himself to get 40/100, he was close. He improved a little to 38.8888888888888888888888888888/100. (ok thats abit too many 8s, but I cant put the recurring dot thing so.... Oh well..

Then is he himself prepare, with NO help at all, till quan yifong can't see anymore, as shifu told the hosts that the salmon he fried has no 调味料 at all! Not even the basic pepper at salt, and must put flour also (or isit tempura powder? Ahh, wadeva..), everyone so kanchiong about him, but he like happy-go-lucky kind.. Its a case of 皇帝不急， 大家急。 （ we r not 太监.)

Ok, fast forward to the 小试吃. Should be 3 friends + wife + shifu one, one friend can't come at the last minute..

When its time for his friends and wife to vote, his friends gave one green and one red. His wife gave him red! We, Ok maybe not everyone la, but I very badly wanted him to FAIL, cox of his low like no common sense de hygiene standards.. But, Shifu in the end gave him a... GREEN.

Sianz... but shifu says that his judging criteria is by the end product, which was great to him...

But he got 补充 la, saying that his 卫生 and 厨德 is all on his own, if he wants to have a C for hygiene, nobody will care lo... So, bo bian must accept this ugly fact.... Really 大跌眼镜 sia...
